RAM Latency Calculator
Calculates the absolute latency for DDR memory accesses in nanoseconds using the data rate (MT/s) and CAS latency (CL). In general, this allows you to make comparisons between differing RAM modules. (Lower is better!)
Note: The number given on shopping sites and by manufacturers for "speed" is usually in MT/s. If the number you have is in MHz, simply double it to get MT/s.
